You will receive a code VIA email. Then select "View an order", or go to "lightboxcsstore.com". Add the code into the box saying "Code".
All codes are sent out the following Tuesday after the photo session at the daycare. If you do not receive your code, there is a chance the email got blocked. Please contact your centre or support for assistance.
We give all families 10 days to order their photos for free daycare delivery. After this window closes, it can take up to 10 business days to process and deliver the photos.
Absolutely! You won't be able to get the order delivered to your centre. However, we offer shipping for a fee, or you can choose In Store Pickup and collect your order at our Calgary office free of charge.
You will never lose access to your Childs photos in your Account. So you can order them at any time that works best for you.
Your digital photos become available for download in your account almost instantaneously. You can access them by going under 'Digital portraits - My Digital Purchases' and selecting the subject whose photos you want to download.
At the time of download, you will be prompted to choose which backgrounds you would like your photos saved on.
Each Child is considered a separate photo session with our teams, and therefore have separate albums. As our Photo packages are already highly discounted, we cannot offer for the albums to be combined in them. However, you can combine subjects in Full price individual products.
Due to Canadian Privacy laws, we are unable to sell digital copies of Class photos to families.
Absolutely! We offer retakes through our Calgary office. You can book an appointment at a time that works best for you under our 'book now' page.

We offer minor retouching services free of charge. Once your order is placed, please email us with the order number and the issue, and we will forward it to our editing team.
In store pickup orders are ready within 5 business days of the date the order is placed. Due to the volume of orders received, we do not send out reminders when the order is ready.
We offer a discounted add-on of the digital album when you have photo prints or other physical product in your cart. If you remove the physical product in your cart, the album reverts back to full price as it is no longer an add-on.
You can download your staff headshots by going to 'My Account - My Pictures.' You will than have access to download your headshots for free. Please note that only the Staff Headshots are Complimentary.
